Delivery

All orders will be treated with the utmost care. After your order on our website Hemisgalerie we launch the execution of your print edition to our professional lab.

The framework will then be done and then prepared for shipment.
We take care in the packaging of your framed photography. A bubble and foam protection profiles protect your frame and a double corrugating and uploading.
All works commissioned are shipped simultaneously.

Delivery in France

- Free pick up of your order at the gallery Hemisgalerie.

This service is free of charge and you can pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 6 pm.
An email will be sent to your attention and will inform you that your order is available in the gallery. 

- Delivery with Colissimo Suivi

La Poste manage the delivery in Colissimo (followed package with signature). The delay vary between 3 and 9 working days after shipping. The parcel will be handed againt signature. If you are absent at the time of the delivery, The Post office leaves a delivery notice that permits you to pick-up the package at the post office for 15 days.  
You can follow your order with a tracking number which is attributed to you after the order. You can follow your parcel on www.colissimo.fr
You can also find this tracking number in "My orders" of your customer account. 

If you are not sure to be present during the delivery, you could make deliver the package on your workplace. Indicate your name and the right delivery address to be sure your parcel will be personally handed.

- Carrier

This service is proposed to you if you wish to receive you order quickly (delivery the day after the take off in our gallery for France). 

This service is also necessary for the large formats of our catalog or the weight which cannot be taken by the other shippers.  

If you are abstent during the delivery, the carrier will contact you or will leave a delivery notice. You can agree together on another delivery date. 

- Pickup in point relay MONDIAL RELAY

Mondial Relay is our partner for the  delivery of your parcel in points relay in France, Belgium or Luxembourg. The advantage of this service is the diversity of its network point relay generally situated near your home or office and that keeps your parcel for 7 days. They also have vast opening hours. 

The shipping fees in points relay Mondial Relay are much more reduced than other delivery services (except pickup in gallery).

You will receive an email or SMS to inform you of the delivery in point relay. You must keep you ID card, of current validity, with you to take off your parcel. 

International delivery

For shipments abroad, the deadline may be extended up to 8 days or more depending on the country.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the user will have to pay in addition to customs duties and other taxes due to the importation of goods into the territory of delivery.
These duties and taxes shall in no case be a charge Hemisgalerie.
A tracking number will be communicated when ordering and allow you to track the status of it. You can also check your tracking number in your "My orders".
